Typical timelines vary based on the nature of individual project feedback, number of refinement rounds, and the complexity of the project itself.
How long does a project take?
We'll let you know if we think we can help with what you're looking for. If so, we'll send you a link to schedule a complimentary 1:1 consultation call where we can say hi, chat in further detail on the overall specs of your project, & answer any questions you may have. From there, we will send you a cost & timeline estimate based on our conversation & your project needs.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
Yes! If you have one-off assets that you might need, please see our A La Carte section above, which describes just some of the many things that we are able to help with. If you have something in mind that's not listed above, please inquire anyway! There are many more design capabilities that are not listed above that we are more than happy to help you with! If you plan to use 01/Brand Identity or 02/Social Media Toolkit, then we can always add on any additional A La Carte items that you may have in mind as well.
Do you offer add-on materials?
We split payment into two parts —
The first 50% of the project payment is due shortly after contract signing. The final 50% is due once all final design elements are approved, before final files are delivered. All invoices are sent via Paypal to keep payments secure & easy.
